Testimonies Again

Unaware of some undercover tapes and Swindall and LeChasney’s first testimonies, the second jury heard Swindall’s and LeChasney’s second testimonies. Swindall’s testimony remained the same. However, LeChasney’s testimony changed. Primarily, LeChasney swore he and Swindall lied throughout the sting operation to make it appear he had funded Swindall’s $150,000 check with his own funds. Also, he testified the $150,000 loan played no part in the Martinez deal. With the new LeChasney testimony Swindall faced another trial, a perjury trial.
