The Testimonies
Swindall and LeChasney testified to a Grand Jury. Not only the testimonies of LeChasney and Swindall, but the undercover tapes as well, agreed: (1) LeChasney indicated to Swindall he loaned him personal funds, not those of his investors, on the $150,000 check Swindall later returned un-cashed, and (2) the transaction served no part in the deal under negotiation with Mike Martinez (Mullaney).
